Natalie Gil is a web3 builder, CTO at Darshana. She holds an MBA as a Sloan Fellow at the Massachusetts Institute of Technology. She previously worked at Microsoft and held Technical Leadership Roles. Expert in emerging technologies and adoption, with experience in Banco de Credito BCP, Goldman Sachs and the Interamerican Development Bank.
Natalie holds a Master of Information Systems and Management from Carnegie Mellon University, several industry certifications, and is a Co-Founder of the first Latin American Women in Computing Conference (LAtINiTY) in 2015-2020. Natalie is a Systems Engineer and a lifetime member of the Society of Hispanic Professional Engineers, NYC Chapter, as well as a Member of the Board of Latinas in Computing.
